I'm thinking about picking up a mountain bike for my first tri and came across a used 2002 Gary Fisher Wahoo with Judy 2 rock shox and street tires for $250. Is that a good deal? I'll try to post pics. It has a new crank, brake lines, and new gear lines.

I know this probably should go in classifieds, but I'm actually looking for a review of the bike and deal.

I have one of these.  It is a great bike.  I only paid $265 for mine new!

Here is a review I wrote soon after I got the bike:  http://www.epinions.com/content_87306833540

Bikes are gonna be on clearance real soon.  I'd wait.

I have a Gary Fisher Wahoo that I bought in '01 and it's been a great bike. The only problem I had was needing to replace one pedal crank, which the shop replaced for free. Other than that, it has been very durable and a good value for the price.
