Major props, I could never do it. I hope you heal up fast, and that the cartwheeler is OK. Video from my bike cam of the race https://vimeo.com/69397550 It looks pretty mellow on video, but we where doing about 28mph there and one dude was carted off via ambulance. Lycra no protect from the concrete at all. Glad I wear full fingered MTB gloves out there. Blew some stitching apart but no hand injuries. |

Master 8247 Eugene, Oregon | Subject: RE: Whatchoo rockin on your kit? I voted for ROYGBIV. Not that I actually have that (like pretty much everyone on the Singapore race scene, my usual outfit is a one-piece black suit) but I love bright colors, the more the merrier. If I had my way, probably green and purple together. I have quite a few purple running duds, but nothing for tri. Tri suit designers, are you listening--not all us girls want black.......or pink! |

You have way more faith in humanity (and people's ability to hold their line) than I do. My heart rate was up just watching that. When do you race again? :) |

You know, if they were smart they'd troll BT and ST for input like this. I know Desoto's on BT--smart. If I could get the right green and the right orange together, I'd do that. I'm not even a Miami fan;) |

Friday is our next race night. http://vimeo.com/69413489is the 16 lap scratch race that night. Lot more twitchy riders in that race, you can hear us yelling "stick" off and on which means hold your line. And who says Triathletes have crappy handling skills, I'm holding my line every time |

358 | Subject: RE: Whatchoo rockin on your kit? Some combination of red/white/black is my preferred color scheme. Maybe add silver on the bikes too. My Bianchi is silver/red. My QRoo is Carbon black with red accents. My beater mountain bike is silver with black and red accents. My cycling shoes are black and silver. My Tri shoes are black and white with red piping. My new running shoes are white with red and black trim. My helmet is black with red and white accents. Even my water bottles have the same color scheme.
The last couple road races I've run have been in colors other than my preferred though. I wore bright yellow in the Rock N Roll marathon because my favorite red shirt was dirty. And I wore a Team Gleason shirt in the Jazz Half Marathon and got to meet the man himself, Steve Gleason, after the race. |

Champion 10668 Tacoma, Washington | Subject: RE: Whatchoo rockin on your kit? Originally posted by switch Tell me about those shoes. I could, but then I'd have to shoot you... I'm on the Skechers wear test program, and these are some pre-production samples of a shoe they've been working on. All I'll say about them is that they're the fastest transition shoe I've ever had. |

I'm not even a Miami fan I have looked for more colorful options. shebeast has had some cute ones. I would love a dark purple and lilac one with irises on it. How's that for specific. ETA, this is the top I have now and it's getting a little snagged up - so I want something new- but I'm not a monochromatic person. http://www.sierratradingpost.com/terry-signature-tri-top-sleeveless... Veteran 2297 Great White North | Subject: RE: Whatchoo rockin on your kit? looking for feedback... I like it better than the champ sys suits they want us wearing at worlds. Kiwami also does a black version... http://m.facebook.com/kiwami.canada?id=141491475891399&_rdr#!/photo... my current ITU suit is a ZeroD osuit in red/blue with a white back (same as Hunter Kemper) and it doesn't look Canadian. |

Veteran 2297 Great White North | Subject: RE: Whatchoo rockin on your kit? no bare torsos. Thanks... its been hot this week... 35 c forecast tomorrow. I've got the fan blasting in the living room at the moment. 98% dont have central air conditioning here since it's only 1-2 weeks most years where you really want it but most dont want to buy a system... maybe a bedroom unit. |
