Practiced my swimming in the AM, hopped on the trainer for a short 10 minute ride, and ran 3 miles this evening. Feeling great!

A hilly, humid, 113 mile bike ride, followed by some Sam Summer Ale. All in all a good day!

5.6 mile hilly run or shall I say death march in 85 degree weather then an hour on the trainer. After that it was time to drink a beer and relax by the pool. Great training day

I rode for 1.5 hours yesterday... the middle 45 minutes being hill repeats. I thought I might ride longer, but then the temptation of laying by the pool and having some wine won out! Mind you, I only 1.5 hours on the schedule, so I met the requirement. Ha! The pool, reading, and wine was lovely.

I got in a 41 mile bike ride with plenty of hill work. Got to pound the hills to get ready for my 1st Savageman.
