As much as we'll miss you, we would love to have your better half two-thirds join us, and really appreciate you handling the reservations. I'm thinking 7 o'clock would be a good time to eat???

Can we make it 5:30 or 6?   Yes I'm an old lady, I go to sleep early.....

Okay guys....I'm most likely out for Rivercities......John messed up his dates and it turns out the Food Show conference thing is in New Orleans that weekend. Since he owns a local meat foodservice business, he has to be in town......so unless I plan otherwise (like going without him, although I doubt I will)

I was in for the dinner originally, but will refrain from committing now.  It's looking more and more possible that baby #2 could make his grand entrance before the race. 

If it still works out and I make it to Shreveport, I'll at least try to stop in and say hello, though.

I'm the king of procrastination. I still haven't made my hotel reservations. I know some of you are staying at the Days Inn. Anyone got a phone number? Won't be surprised if they are booked, but it's worth a try. If not, I'll find something around the area.

And if anyone has reservations and is looking to split costs or anything... I'll take up 75% of the room cost since I have slacked so bad in making my reservations.
