Landis is superman! Left for dead yesterday he does essentially a solo effort for 120+km to get his way back in the race (1min back in the GC).

why this should be on the COJ? isn't cylcing part of triathlons??? (I ask because I rarely ever go to COJ cuz the toipics disucss there aren't uummm my COJ)

and yes it was awesome. if it was exciting online I can't wait to get home and watch it!

That was an unbelievable, Armstrong-esque, race! WOW! I've never seen him cycle like that, pouring water over his head, yelling, completely focused. It always looked so easy. Today it looked, well, not hard, but determined. Congrats for both the stage and 3rd place overall in the GC!

I didn't think he had it in him.
