8.19.13 Madness Monday!

Well helllooooooo there Your Sexiness! I've missed you too!

5:00am: 1:17/23 miles on the KK
6:30am: 20 min/2 mile run
7:00am: Stretching and core. Legs are still a bit sore from the relay, but otherwise feeling dandy!

Cross Country officially starts today. My poor kiddos have no idea what awaits them today...I sure hope they put in some miles this summer as was prescribed back in May!!!

errr, snoozed the alarm this am...doctor appointment tonight - general check-up since my last one was like 4 years ago, excluding my military separation physical that wasn't really a full physical...maybe a run tonight depending on what time I finish with the doc

Long time no see, Yanti! Good luck at the IM! Finally got in the pool for more than 30 minutes today after a couple of weeks of almost no access owing to what appears to be a lifeguard labor dispute. Thought the dude was going to spit on me when he said pool was open to six, but I got in 3000m of distance ladder stuff. OMG I have no speed after all those weeks bumming around in Europe--arms about to fall off!

Whatever....there aren't any tris around here this fall anyway, that I know of. Just keeping in shape for next year.

4:15am - 1600 meter swim
4:50 am - 4 mile run

Feeling a touch beat up this morning so I think I'll go see how the shoulder is doing and flop around in the pool for a bit. Definitely not running today.

First swim in over a year!

I rode 7 miles to the Y, swam 1000 yds, and then 7 mile ride home. Feeling HAPPY
