Subject: Swimming and Drinking the water I live way up in the boonies and I do not know of anyone Coaching up here that can help.
When I do open water swims, I "swallow" so much water that when I'm biking or running, it just hurts.
I know that I should keep my face out of the water when breathing, but are there any other tricks that I can use to keep from emptying the lake durring the swim?
