Subject: 2011 Felt B14 Carbon Tri Bike w/ Dura-Ace + Upgrades - 56CM
Hey guys,

After months of debating, I've decided that I will not be getting back into riding/racing for quite a while and need to sell my Felt. I purchased this bike new from my LBS earlier this year (large shop here in Dallas that had 2011 models still in inventory) and rode it TWO times for a total of 35 miles. Unfortunately, three weeks after buying the bike, I was injured in a pretty nasty mountain bike crash and have still not fully recovered. I have not ridden since that accident and now need the money more than the bike. As you can see from the photos, this B14 is as close to new as a pre-owned bike gets. All of the upgraded parts were installed by the shop. There are zero mechanical issues and no cosmetic flaws. This is an absolutely beautiful bike, extremely aero, and 100% ready to race!

Specs:
UHC Performance Carbon Frame/Fork (56 CM)
DuraAce 7900 10-speed drivetrain
Vision TriMax Pro 2-piece crankset

Upgrades/Add-Ons:
Profile Design Cockpit - Ozero Base Bar & Carbon Extensions
Mavic Cosmic Elite Wheelset
Continental GP Attack/Force Tires
Shimano 105 SPD-SL Pedals (Included)
Nashbar GR2 Saddle
Fizik Superlight Silver Bar Tape

Full details available here: http://2011.feltracing.com/USA/2011/TT-TRI/TT-TRI-Series/B14.aspx

I've invested over $3,000 and realize I am going to take a significant loss. I am asking $2,350 but am open to reasonable offers. I am willing to ship and am happy to discuss sharing the cost, logistics, etc. via PM or a phone call. The bike is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Thanks!

Travis

Does a degree or two difference between two frames(head and/or seat tube) really make that much of a difference when it comes to fit?

I read somewhere about "bar ends" to put on your handle bars, do you recommend them? Is this similar to adding clip on aero bars?

So when it comes to triathlon, the largest investment we make, in both terms, comes in the bike. Looking at ways to get faster, while considering a budget, is a bind for most triathletes.

A bike is NOT a piece of metal with a couple of wheels at either end and a steering thing to stop you running over old ladies. No! ... a bike is a space-age “weapon of mass confusion.”
