Subject: Got to tri one

Hi all. I am former hardcore weightlifter and rugby player currently training for my first triathlon. Shooting for October in Asheville, NC. After recently turning 40 I needed new goals and have always had great respect for all triathletes. Looking foward to joining the ranks.

I lived in NC for a long, long time. Moved to Western PA in 1995 and just stayed. I am shooting for a first sprint tri down South since it will be much warmer!
