Subject: Online bike purchase Sale-Bikes.com
Has anyone heard of the website http://www.sale-bikes.com/?They have some big name bike manufactures with bike that are 1-2 years old for REAL cheap. Just wondering if anyone has experience with them.

Looks like a scam. You're not going to get a legit brand new bike for those prices.

if you are looking for on-line, low priced bikes, BikesDirect.com is legit.  you don't get any service, and their bikes are often prior year models or off brands, but the component specs are good and they are a real company.

My bet is that the original post itself is part of a scam to get someone to order a bike and send money.

If you lived close to that company's warehouse, and conducted business on cash and carry basis, then I would be less skeptical.
