The WTS will hit Africa for the first time in 2014. Makes me think they will get the Grand Final in 2016 if all goes well this year since North America is getting it 2 years in a row (2014 Edmonton, 2015 Chicago) and 2013 (Europe) , 2012 (Oceania), 2011 (Asia).

Fantastic to see Cape Town get a race and I would be surprised if the event is successful that they don't get the Grand Final in 2016.

At some point I remember thinking about the movie CAPE FEAR. This is what it seemed like when I was around a lot of people. It was just a lot of commotion of waves, arms and feet.

At one of my last swim sessions the week of my first Ironman, one of my training partners told me how she was envious..."your first Ironman is fun, you have no pressure and no expectations!"
