for bald dudes.

I'm mostly bald and shave the rest. I have a problem with my cap coming off my head while swimming. It seems to creep up my forehead when I site. Anybody got any tricks? Maybe not shave for a few days? Resin bag on my head?

There are swim caps with chin straps.  If you need to wear a specific cap in a race, just put it on top of the chin strap cap.

I'm not in the same situation, so I'm not sure about other tricks.

Bring a number of colored sharpies.

When you find your swimcap color, scribble away.

I shave bald too but never had that happen to me. Are you pulling it down over your ears? I don't. Maybe that's it.

Oh, I'm talking about the cheap race day caps in case you're wondering.

Goggles on top of the cap rather than underneath? I have kind of a small head so it's sometimes a concern. Goggles seem to keep it in place pretty well. (Okay, then I guess you worry about goggles coming off, but those have an adjustable strap.)

I have a very annoying pain under my knee cap. It does not hurt when I run or ride. It hurts a lot when I swim and when I walk up or down stairs. The pain is a searing pain. Help!
