I guess I should have come to this thread first, been posting for a week without introductions. I am coming back to training after a long(short here) story.....Was healthy when younger, got older, got fat, couldn't stand it, watched Kona 03, got inspired, started training for first sprint (may 04), blew out my back (L4 & L5), laid up, got fat again, got fix from docs, back on the training sked for possible early spring sprint. Biggest downer right now is that I am not supposed to run (yeah, right), so I have to swap out a lot of my run training for time on the eleptical trainer and "water running".

Thanks to all for the answers to the questions I have already posted, look forward to hanging out here more often

After a race, ANY cold beer will do.....Prefer Coors Light or a Hienekin, used to live for Moosehead, but I can't find it in SoCal.....A well poured Balck & Tann always hits the spot though!

Hey there Will work for beer,
What part of SoCal do you live.
I saw you wanted to do the spring Sprint. Do you live in San Diego? If so if you need anybody to train with with let me know.
Good luck this season
Tom
Too bad you missed the Spring Sprint, I was the first one in the beer garden after the race.
