Technically today is off but I chose an active day off.
6:30am: 60 min walk
7:30am: 60 mins strength training--learning a new strength routine

45 min on the trainer followed by a quick 5 mile run.

30 minutes on the trainer with the gearing on 52x11 and the resistance set high to simulate one long climb.

Legs are beginning to fell like jelly....

The endorphins are worth it, though.

Last workout of 2013--3000m of swimming. (Spending all day tomorrow and Wednesday en route back to Saigon.) Nice sunny day at the outdoor pool!

P90X stretch, ab ripper X, 10 mile run in 40 degree weather!!!
With that 10 miles it put me over 915 for the year. ahhhhhhh

Just starting training again for the season again after a bit of a hiatus 20 minutes on the trainer. Playing with the gears and simulating some small hills.
