Wasn't sure where to place this article, but figured the nutrition section would be best. Really interesting and insightful info...I don't normally train 'fasted,' (I follow a macro meal plan) but that's just me.
I don't think it matters what meal plan you stick to (or don't), fasted morning workouts can be done by anyone from crossfitters to the East African runners. I've been doing fasted or almost fasted AM runs since I started running. I just perform better with less in my stomach.
