Subject: 2013 Cannondale Lefty 90mm PBR 29er fork
For sale is this fantastic fork that I didn't get much use out of. It's been on a few single track rides but I don't spend much time on the mountain bike anymore (my road bike sees all the use). It includes the retail box, and the moto guard. For those that don't know, C'dale completely redesigned the Lefty for 2013 that included significant upgrades like bearing migration and better sealing (i.e. less maintenance). $600+shipping obo.

I also have the Project123 adapter, and a Sunringle Lefty-compatible wheelset if you're also insterested, in a package deal.

All of my road rash has healed, but my right shoulder is still in a lot of pain. I have started swimming, but only really, really light workouts. Do you have any recommendations on stretches?

I'm not sure if one of these models is better, both are from 2009 aluminum/carbon combinations. I realize this is a difficult question but any thoughts as which bike is better for a woman?
