Good morning BT!

The cold that I managed to shake off last week is threatening to come back. I'm in that no man's land of not feeling great but not feeling horrible either. Ugh!

4:15am: Supposed to be a 60 min run, changed to 40 minute run and 20 min walk.
5:15am: 60 min strength--took much more rest between sets and only did half the routine.

Have a great weekend! Who's racing?

2000 yards in the pool today.  I should be up to 2500 by next week.  Getting harder to find an open lane.

TGIF!!

11 mile run this morning, then a short 1600yd swim.

Had to go to the bike store since my winter gloves had holes in them...luckily things were on clearance :-)!
