Good morning BT!5:15am: just getting started on a 4 hour trainer session! After that I'll be heading out for a 60 minute OWS, then couch, munchies, and the best part of the SB--the commercials! Have a great day....and for the record--Go Seahawks!

Don't envy the 4 hour trainer ride! Just fun biking here--2:15 MTB ride early this AM with a few buddies through golden rice paddies and seemingly deserted villages--Tet in the countryside involves a lot of drinking and everyone who was vertical looked quite hung over. 30 minutes of lifting later. Went downtown to look at Tet decorations and have lunch at one of the few cafes that were open. Did my part for American junk food consumption on Superbowl Sunday by having some fries with my sandwich!

Good Morning

Maybe a little TM time for me today nothing huge, them some finishing work on the main bath reno 99.8 percent finished Whew What a Job that has been.

Enjoy your 4 hour trainer ride Kim Glad it's your ride and not mine, 2hr's on the trainer yesterday at class just about pooched me, we did 1:30 of pyramid intervals followed by a 30 Min straight ride, then 30min core & 15 min stretch, I am a bit burned this morning but coffee & baileys is slowly bringing me back to life .

Have a great day all

had a 16mi trail run planned.  But body isn't cooperating.  Knee hurts after yesterday's 22miler due to a brutal rocky downhill.  Needs rest.

We have new 10 and 20 week training plans for the New Year! These mini sprint plans are very conservative and will get any person thinking of training for a triathlon ready to cross the finish-line.

Cotswold super sprint - UK. Lots of bodies colliding, I swam half over someone, got kicked by some bloody breaststroker, and as a mob we poured towards the first buoy.

Already a cyclist and not a bad swimmer, I figured all I had to do was build up to running a few miles and I’d be ready to go. The challenge invigorated me, and I ran out to buy new running shoes.

Since I didn't have much time and since it's a super sprint, am I OK just go to at the training relatively hard through Thursday or even Friday?
