Subject: BT online coaching...who has used it and what does it include?
I am looking into training plans for an end of season HIM in September. I like the plan I am on now for IMStG 70.3 in May, but want to look for something else for the summer months. Is it a customized training plan and coaching that can incorporate several different races with the main one? Just trying to see what my $ would get me before I upgrade my membership and pay for the coaching. Thanks so much!

Honestly,

I´ve tried it and I wont be renewing. I get a weekly comment along "well done, keep it up" but specific question is not being answered, the communication is slow and seems indifferent. But, YMMV -
