Recently switched to a specialized sitero saddle and so far i am having some discomfort in my shoulders when in the aero bars. To all of you bike fit specialist out there. It doesnt feel like my position has changed from this saddle to the other saddle. What would you recommend? moving the saddle back a little to relieve the stress put on the shoulders to hold your body up in the aero bars? just kind of confused as why i am having discomfort especially since the LBS positioned this saddle to the same location as the other.

The LBS positioned the saddle to the same location as the other?

That sounds very difficult to do depending on what saddle you had before.

Mark where the saddle is right now, then try moving a few mm forward or backwards and see how it feels.

it s not the position of the saddle but where you sit on it. that saddle does change the way your hips rest on it and that change a few other things.

either post a pictures or go see a fitter. you simply need to adjuste so your body can self support itself at the front with the proper arms angles
