Subject: Which Newton for high miles?
I have a pair of Boco AT which worked great for cold winter running. Now I am looking for a pair for the summer. Say 50+ miles per week.

The new Gravity III's if you need a neutral shoes, the new Motion III's if you need a more supportive shoes. I have the new Gravity III's and I love them!

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.
