Lots of biking and running thru the winter - lose some weight, get fitter and faster.. An Oly in early '07 btw i love the idea of a group ride of all the Georgians at the Silver Comet Trail.. Should we put a stake in the ground? What say next weekend - Sunday AM (Oct 15?) |
