Weird ear thing

Subject: Weird ear thing

Every time I run, my left ear plugs up.  Doesn't seem to have any relation to weather/temperature.  Sometimes it goes away with yawning, but it always comes back.  It's super annoying and I'd love to not have it going on.  Anybody ever heard of this, experienced it, or know how to prevent it?
