Subject: Suggest some trails in the Fort Wayne area.
Looking for a nice trail run in Fort Wayne. Really don't want to drive to Pokagon or Chain of Lakes, and Fox Island charges $5, there must be some off-road trails around?

Franke Park has a spiderweb of trails that are also used for Mountain Biking.   Plus you can do hill repeats on the old Soapbox Derby hill.

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?
