Subject: vege recipe super yummy dinner. cut veges such as brocolli, zuchini, onion, sweet potatoe and any other vege you choose into bite size pieces, toss with 3 tbs. olive oil, salt and pepper. ( i am a vegetarian so i add tofu ) bake at 425 for 30 mins. toss after 15 mins. broil at the end for a minute for extra cripiness! so easy, so good.
