Little more than 2 months out - starting to get in the mood now. This is pretty much the only Tri event i do, and its 3rd straight year for me

I am in!!!!! Doing REV 3 Quassy 1/2 and Syracuse 70.3 before. So I am hoping for a PR !!!!!

NYC's anything but flat, but after those two races, you'll feel like you're in Kansas.

I used a 165mm Compact 50/34T with 11/28 Cassette for Quassy and will be doing the same for Syracuse. Should I go with a 12/25 cassette with the compact for NYC? Are the hills long and/or steep? What is everyone else using? Thanks
