For the good of the group, please post your workout(s) for today planned and/or completed.

Also if you are so inclined, maybe a bit about a recent epic workout you completed. (Rave Run, Intense Cycling Hill Climb, Rough Water Swim etc.)

Have a greyt day everyone :D

Did a good brick this morning in the rain, roads sure were wet!
27 mile bike followed by a 3.7 mile run! Will be heading to the pool after work to do a light swim.

Just completed my second sprint tri over the weekend and placed 3rd in my AG and 35th overall out of 296!
Thats my second 3rd place in my AG in my first two tris! Very happy!

60 min power spin at 5:15am

2 mile run with the dog when I got home. Last day with the dog as we are just dog sitting. Been fun but glad to get my house back in order :-)!

For me, nothing too epic as my workouts are in maintenance mode while my husband trains for the Grand Canyon.

My last BIG ride was 85 miles the week before the MS150 where I crashed. Longest I've ever ridden and even with a 2 mile run afterwards, the legs felt pretty good!

Good afternoon! My week is a but fouled up due to inlaws visiting. They're great people but suffocating--want us all to be together all the time. It gets to be too much for me!5:30am: 25 min walk + 45 min strength7:00am: 3.5 mile run with my CC kids. God bless 'em--this am was 45 degrees, wicked winds, yet still 9 brave souls showed up! Rest of the day has been a whole bunch of togetherness. Sitting at the kitchen table. Sitting on the couch. I have hours ahead left to continue sitting together! Have a great day!

2,500 yards in the pool today.  Race week so it was mostly smooth, with some short fast bursts in there

Mowing the grass when I get home.  95 degrees and 90% humidity.  That's probably the real workout today

Hit the trail at lunch and ran through the marsh to State Beach and did a quick swim and then ran back to the office. (10 Mile Run, 1000 Meter Swim)

Legs are feeling great for tomorrow night's track meet. I might do a short beach run in the AM tomorrow just to shake the legs out and keep things fresh. My plan is to get in some good bike miles this week AFTER the race is over.
