Hiya, Team Trek/Cannondale.  Can't wait to get started.  Unfortunately, my bike is in Colorado and I'm in Ohio until Wednesday.  This is killing me!!!  In the meantime, keep up the good work!!

#2 done for me. Good ride on the fixed gear bike, out of the  saddle and pushing at every intersection. And with the recent rain and heat, there was no shortage of road protein

2 more rides in tonight.  One just long enough to log (warm up for training session) and one hill repeats.

Man, you guys are killing it already. 2 stages down for me, longish ride Sunday at 51.8 miles and 7.16 mile mountain bike ride Monday morning. Heading out tonight for another ride, hoping for at least 35 miles. My schedule has been modified and it looks like I'm supposed to bike every day but Friday this week and all but 2 days a week after that.
Oh, and can I just give a big HECK YES! to having her mighty Yantiness on my team? Booyah!

Finally got Stage 1 done last night. 2.5 hours on the trainer (while watching the Tour replay). Easy 30 minute spin scheduled for today.

I updated the google doc. Thanks for setting this up! It has been a few years since I participated.

Thanks.  It was originally a Trek 1200 aluminum frame road bike from the 90's.  I built it this winter to push myself a bit and it has done that.

Clicked off two more stages yesterday and this morning. I didn't get in as many miles as I wanted to, but I'm already almost 1/3 of the way through my goal. I'm hoping I have to up my goal shortly. So far I have ridden everyday since Sunday.

"Fandom" in triathlon compared to other sports. If you're a sports fan and simply love to follow sport, why pick a sport that may offer a view of the start, the finish and a few moments in between?

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.

Don’t forget this is an incredibly big year for sport with the Olympics back in Athens where the modern Olympics started, and especially triathlon to make its second appearance.
