When I used it I regularly did them back to back without any major repercussions. I always tried to priorities the workouts so that one was the focus and that there were never 2 hard workouts back to back. The key to any plan in my opinion is doing it in a way that works easiest for you - if back to back is easiest then go for it, if you can manage one early morning and one later in the day then go ahead. |
