Am I looking in the wrong place?  I thought The Peleton was a place to discuss the pro circuit and events.  It looks to be more training now?

Is there a thread talking about the TdF somewhere?  People discussing favorites or Cav going down?  Thoughts about the Britain stages?

Maybe everyone is worried about posting spoilers.  Speaking of which, I'll wait until tomorrow to talk about today's stage, but it was a good one!

Can't wait to watch it tonight when I get home. After the build yesterday it sounds like its going to be brutal.
someone on face book posted a tease and I couldn't help myself had to look and see what happened. Didn't look at the results but someone crashed and is out of the race. lets see if you have more will power then me.

Alright if you haven't watched it by now, then too bad!  (Spoiler if you haven't)

Last night's stage was brutal.  I shook my head in disbelief when Froome got into the team car.  So surreal!

Stage 5- CRASHES! The number of people that went down on the normal roads was just amazing. I wonder if the cobbles were a factor on those crashes due to lower tire pressure and the mental factor (we have to push hard to be in the front when we get to the pave).

Where does this leave the GC battle? Nibali has to be in the conversion now for sure. If he is in the form he was in a couple years ago he can climb. I don't know what kind of TT he can do.
Contador has his work cut out for himself. Andrew Telansky looked good in the Dauphine when he beat Contador and Froom. We'll see what BMC and TJ VanGarderen can put togeather. I'm really looking forward to the rest of this race.

Can Porte carry the load for Sky?  Is AC being patient right now, or is Nibali just hitting him where it hurts?  When is TJ going to start racing?

Those are my main questions right now.  Nibali I think is the favorite to win, until someone else makes a move.

I have really enjoyed all the stages so far. The crowds in England were epic every C3 or C4 climb . You'd think they were all Alp D'huez or something.
I wonder how many fans got hit by the peloton? I saw several go down, crazy. I liked the Garmin Sharp rider slapping phones and cameras out of the way as he was riding along trying to make room.

I also wonder why there isn't much posting going on about this year's TDF. If I'm in the wrong place, please delete/move.

This year has been complete carnage. Contador out with a broken tibia. I'm stunned. Can Porte make up the gap ? Betting no but hoping yes.

there's another thread in COJ. Not a lot of posting there either though and I think I saw one in Tri Talk too.
