I'm going, leaving next wednesday. I'm sooooo looking forward to hearing the cannon pop as it signals the day that I get to stop wearing the "I'm racing an Ironman, sell me something as I have no self control" shirt....oh look, a new gel dispenser...that looks fast...must have it.

1.5 weeks to go

b.

We just back home this afternoon, it was super windy and the lake was whitecaps this morning. Good thing the weather was nice on Sunday.

I knocked over 1:30 off of my time from last year, so I'm happy with that. Still wish I had gone faster on the run:

1:10 swim
5:35 bike
4:45 Run
11:39 total

I'm going to do IMAZ in April '07, I'll be focusing on my running between now and then. I'd like to see that 4:45 closer to 4:00
