Subject: 2015 Season Schedule
I'm new to the Tri scene but I think the following will be a fun schedule to always have something to look forward to doing. What are your thoughts on the timing of each event and distances? I'm a beginner now but looking to get into the top 10 of a couple of sprints. As long as I get my swimming in line this fall and winter I think I'll be in good shape.

My Preliminary 2015 schedule:

1. Charlie Post Classic: 15K Run: January 25
2. Winter Challenge Off-Road Triathlon: February: 7 mile trail run, 6 mile kayak, 10 mile MTB
3. Cooper River Bridge Run: 10k run: March 28
4. XTERRA: Hickory Knob off-road Triathlon: April: 800 Meter swim, 14.4 mile MTB, 5 mile trail run
5. Try Charleston Sprint: April: 500 meter swim, 12.4 mile bike, 5k run
6. XTERRA: Myrtle Beach off-road Triathlon: May: 800 meter swim, 12.2 mile MTB, 5 mile trail run
7. Charleston Sprint Series: May 25th: Race 1: .3 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 5k run: same for all series
8. Charleston Sprint Series: June: Race 2
9. Charleston Sprint Series: July: Race 3
10. Charleston Sprint Series: July: Race 4
11. Charleston Sprint Series: August: Championship
12. Kiawah Triathlon: September: .7 mile swim, 25.1 mile bike, 10k run
