Subject: Got my first bike fall out of the way

had my clipless pedals for a couple months now and today I finally had my first fall with them. Was turning around on a path. Edge of path had what I thought was hard packed dirt/sand or at least not deep or soft. Wrong. Slowly turned and wheel stopped and me down on the path. Fortunately no one to saw. Just a pretty good scraped knee. No biggie. Great fun

Came round a corner on a path maybe a little too quick and paying absolutely no attention to the path itself and looking ahead at two oncoming ladies... Wheels slips off edge, bang, down we go

Haha, I was coming up the path the other day, looked like no cars then just seen one coming around the bush, unclipped my right foot at last second but all happened so quick and sure enough, the bike fell left. At this time the round about had a few cars, all looking at me haha. So embarrassing. Then I seen 2 snakes on my ride. Bad day that one. Would have been funnier if I was in the car watching someone else. At least I made someone laugh ha
