Subject: Hello Just wanted to say Hello! I've been lurking for a few months and decided to join. I'm from Texas and at the age of 44 did my first Sprint Tri in September. I enjoyed the training and competing so much its become so addicting I can't stop now, lol. I just wish I had started at an earlier point in my life but oh well. I just did the Rock n Roll Half Marathon in San Antonio last week and looking forward to an Olympic Tri in March.....maybe an Ironman 70.3 sometime late next year. The knowledge from this site has been extremeIy helpful. I have been working and trying to get better with my swimming as it is my weakest sport. I have been looking through some of the training plans here on BT and was wondering if someone can tell me what pull and kick mean in regards to swimming? Example: Warmup - 100 swim, 100 kick, 100 pull, 100 swim.
