 10 |  Subject: RBTri 2015I am doing my first triathlon in June and was wondering if anyone had any advice or any info on coaching that they could give to me. I live in Palos Verdes so there is no bike store near, there used to be but the guy died. Or if anyone has any tips, that would be great. Thanks. |
