4:15am:  60 minutes on the KK--big ring interval work

5:15am: 40 minutes strength+core

50 minute Fast Finish trainer ride right after school
20 minute transition run post ride.

Would add some strength training, but have meetings after school

I.....slept. Or at least tried to. I tweaked something in my neck yesterday morning, and it's hard to turn my head in any direction. Very annoying and it makes me walk funny. Hopefully another day or so and I can get back at it.

8:30am - 5.5 mile trail run - so fun! I have an off road duathlon coming up in March, so figured I needed to get out on the trails. Probably more of a hike/run but still nice to do something different!

10:30 - 45 min swim. Forgot my watch and the pool was set up long course. I haven't swam since getting sick back in the middle of December, so needed to see if I still remembered how not to sink. Went ok!

14:00 hrs, 5 mile cross country run, boggy ploughed farmers fields. Legs feel dead. Still aching from yesterday's power intervals on the bike!

Stopped off at the beach on the way to work this morning and ran from Powerhouse Park up to George's and back, then jumped in the now very chilly ocean for a quick trip out to the buoy. (8 Mile Run, 1000 Meter Swim)

At lunch I parked at the trailhead and ran down through the lagoon to State Beach and back. (6 Mile Run)

Water is finally chilling down some and its no longer a good idea to be out without a wetsuit for more than a few minutes. 62-64 degrees is still warmer than normal, but it takes quite a few hours to warm up the core again after even a short swim. Time to put on the wetsuit.....

5th day straight in the pool for some laps. Really cold outside, thanks for the heated pool. 

Then tonight I did about 2 hours on the trainer.
