I was reading "the other" website about a post from a couple years regarding this website... http://www.race-cycles.com/ Does anyone have any info on this? Are these copy bikes that are built to look exactly the same as factory? |

Planet Cyclery has a complete Shimano Di2 group set on sale for $2,500. Trek lists a Speed Concept 9.9 at $11,799.99. I think it is pretty easy to draw a conclusion from that. My daddy taught me, "If it sounds to good to be true, it's probably crap." |

Stick with alibaba for that kind of thing... and do your research even so. Hongfu, Dengfu etc are at least fairly reputable companies that might actually help you out if you have a problem. |

What did the thread on ST say about that site? It looks to be a complete scam, not a real company. Since you mentioned reading it on an old thread there maybe it was legit at one point. To my knowledge and I'm not an expert there's no place to buy a knock off frame that's going to branded as an original. The two companies Chris listed are the only ones I've read about people getting frames from. |
