Afternoon BT Hope you are all having a good day today

3.5 Mile run for me today outside in the Rain, at least it was Warm

First run outside in a couple of months felt good even if I did get Soaked thru to the skin.

Did some tabata interval on the bike trainer this morning. Will hope on it again after work and do some Z2 stuff.

Good morning, for me at least!

Heading to the pool in just a few minutes to swim.

After work pedaling 45 minutes easy.

Did my hour Yoga class, followed by 1500 yrds in the pool (I know it isn't great but that's longest and best for me recently). Heading out for a 4 mile+ easy run a little latter.

Good afternoon indeed!  

9:00am:  Super windy but fun run with a fellow BTer, Katie!  

11:00am: 60 min swim out at Blue Lake--Katie was loving my little jewel in the desert!  This was her only chance at an OWS before IM Texas on May 16.

It was soooo fun to train with someone today!  I usually do everything alone so this was such a treat!  What a great day!

Did 4.1 mi with the dog this morning.  Warm by the time we got out, after we stopped the dog found a freshly watered lawn and sprawled out on it and didn't want to leave.  Gave him some time then told him the pool is waiting and that got him to get on home!
