Subject: 5.23.15 Super Saturday!
Good evening! The rain continues here in the desert so I flipped my planned run for 70 miles on the trainer. Hopefully tomorrow I will get a clear window to fit in a 16 mile run folllowed by an OWS swim. Have a great evening!

Rain for me too. I went indoors today instead of waiting it out. I did
kind of a duathlon (30min. run, 30min. bike, 30min. run).I was at the gym
almost until they kicked me out.

Send rain here! Still no rain and rainy season is three weeks late (usually it arrives like clockwork right around May 1-5).

OMG 70 miles on trainer--don't even want to think about it.
75 minute run here, which should barely count as "long run" for me but sure felt like it. Just hot and miserable--not sure how much physical and how much mental. Just sick of running in heat.

Later, 2500m of swimming--felt really good for that, at least!

40 mile bike around a couple lakes and mountain foothills, so a great day with awesome scenery
