Subject: Split workout I've started training for doing a sprint down the road. So, I've been driving to a local pool to swim, then riding my bike around while there. Wondering if it would still be effective if I rode my bike there, swam, then rode back home. It's about a 4 mile one-way ride. So, it would be in total more than what I'm scheduled to do, but since I'm putting the swim between I just don't know if it will have a negative impact on training. Thanks. |
