Hey everyone,

I have been looking for a busy site like this to get more info on Triathlons.


I ran my 1st marathon back in March with out any training, was pretty stupid kinda did it as a bet. I managed to finish it in 5:08 i think but ended up with rhabdo and some dehyrdation.

So I want to work on prepping my self and training for a few triathlons and marathons.
