Subject: 6.1.16 Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit!

Good morning BT!  It's June! I am 9 days away from starting summer vacation--yes, I am STILL in school!!!

4:30am:  :30 minutes on the KK

5:00am:  Lower body strength + core + stretching

Yesterday I was able to sneak out of school early so I took off to Blue Lake---had the lake to myself and those of you that know me know that means one thing after my swim was done...naked cannonballs! 

Lake--we will both be racing on Saturday!

Running today for national running day. probably going to do a 10k and short bike ride for a cool down.

My swimming location for the last year(Corona Del Mar, Ca) was on the news this last Sunday. Shark attack in the afternoon at 4:15. I was swimming there at 8:30 that morning. How do you get back in the water there knowing this just happened? What are the chances of getting attacked by a shark? I'm sure it's rare, but seriously this is not cool at all.
