702  Aledo, Texas | Subject: RE: 9.4.16 Sunday Funday I had an easy 20' run this morning. Just took a walk with my family to get a view of the swim course and the big hill on the bike course. The good news is that it doesn't look steep. The bad news is that it is pretty long. Will be interesting. My wave goes off at 8:34 tomorrow. Game time. |

| 197 | Subject: RE: 9.4.16 Sunday Funday Today was a bit of a recovery day for me. I did my usual plank and pushups, and then it was off to do some much needed lawn work. After I got wore out doing that, I headed to the pool and tried to get in some yardage. I barely made it a half mile and my right leg started cramping, so rather than swim through it, I threw in the towel and hit the hot tub. Yesterday I did a 5k and I was really trying to break 30 minutes. I was on pace at the 2.5 mile mark and then I fell apart I guess. So today it was trying to loosen up the legs a bit. Planning on two bike rides tomorrow; one bright and early. After that one I am going to mow the lawn. The second ride is hopefully going to be with my wife and daughter. Happy Labor Day everyone!
