Subject: How to turn my canyon aeroad into a tt bike?
Hi! Recently this year I bough a new Canyon Aeroad CF SLX 7.0 Di2 (awsome bike btw) mainly for road cylcing and ITU triathlons. Now Im about to do an Ironman 70.3 and Im woindering wich is the best way to turn my bike into a TT bike for the aero benefit. Currently my bike has the CANYON H11 handlebar, wich makes it impossible to attach generic aerobars to it, therefore Im thinking my only way is to buy a TT handlebar set...

Any ideas, suggestions?

Don't... changing to aerobars, moving the seat forward etc. will only mock up your fit and quite likely make you slower.

^ As said above, don't.

The expense that would go into doing it properly, which would only get you half-way there anyways, you could just get a decent entry level tt bike that will outperform it anyways.

My 2c anyways

It has nothing to do with time to train on it, but rather that the bike is designed to have a rearward weight balance. Shifting that forward will only screw up the designed balance. If you constantly have to adjust your line, then you're just wasting energy and gaining nothing (but it's a good chance you might be slower).

You're MUCH better off to keep the road position and use shortie (aka ITU) clip-ons that allow you to maintain your road position. But that of course would require a new handlebar set up as well.
