1:30 trainer ride with a bunch of big-gear pickups at an ungodly hour of the morning (4:50). Cats got all shook up by fire trucks outside at about 3:50 and got me up "bright" and early. Ugh!

8 mile run this morning at 4:00 AM and then 45 minutes of weight/core training.

Good luck to Kim and everyone else racing this weekend.

Ole, BT!

5:45 - 30' ride to flush out. Really digging the rest week.

Have a great day, and best wishes for everyone who is racing this weekend!

Shermbelle way to kick things off! Lol! Thought I'd post real quick before heading down to IM central--any BT peeps doing St. George I'll be wearing a pink Cubbies baseball cap! Oh, im only 5'0 so that should narrow things down!
Have a great day BT!!!
Meanwhile I'm trying not to freak out....!

Morning all!

50 minute pool workout this am.

Going to do an easy 30 min run this afternoon.

Just signed up on a whim for an olympic tomorrow here in my home town, wasn't planning on it but seems foolish to not do it with it right here in the backyard. I will just move my scheduled 3.5 hour bike to Sunday.

Brick workout - 30 min zone 2 bike + 30 min run which included 2x1 mile @ 7:09/mile (my estimated race pace for the sprint distance).
