Subject: 8.21.17 Monday Morning!
Hey BT! I'm alive! Super crazy busy these last few days getting our daughter moved into her dorm, touring campus, etc!
I did a 5K last night in Marshall, MO as part of their eclipse celebration. Hit 30 minutes on the dot--which for me was great, especially as I've done to nothing while on this road trip!
After the eclipse today (Marshall is smack dab in the path of totality) we will say our final goodbyes and head home! Can't wait to get back to my routine and get the school year started!

Congrats on the race! (And lucky you getting to see the eclipse. Eugene, Oregon is smack dab in the totality path, and supposed to have great weather tomorrow, and here I am in Saigon. Sigh.) My day off from training here after kind of a tough weekend. Back to it tomorrow AM.

Sounds like you had a great weekend, Kim!!!

I got in two good bike rides this weekend (22 on Sat; 12 yesterday, riding out to church for an ice cream party last night); off day today.

Five mile run before my morning drive to Charlotte.

Everybody is freaking out about the eclipse today. I don't have glasses but I did get a pack of "Eclipse" gum to chew while outside. Good to go.
