Elite  4583   |  Subject: 9.28.17 Thursday Stuff!Good morning BT! 4:30am: :60 minutes on the trainer, solid Z2 5:30am: :30 minutes of strength stuff Woke up this morning, checked Training Peaks for my workout and saw that this was my day off! Figured as I was up I might as well do tomorrow's workout today and take tomorrow off. Heading to Twin Falls,ID for a CC meet and will get back late--I'll want to sleep in a little bit tomorrow. Have a great day, have fun at the Cubs game! That's my hubby's team, too! |

Often my cats won't let me do that, even if I have no workout planned and have topped off their bowls at night. Just 2400m of swimming here. Had planned 3000m, but the weather had other ideas. Chased out by lifeguard after thunder, lightning, and torrential rain commenced. Rainy season has REALLY outstayed its welcome. It seems like it is always either building up to torrential rain, raining torrentially, or flooded and steaming after torrential rain. Most of my clothes and shoes now have mildew to some extent, and my weekends involve dealing with that. Between rain and no running, just feel like I have mildew in my brain. |

Extreme Veteran 959 Greenwood, South Carolina | Subject: RE: 9.28.17 Thursday Stuff! Haven't done much this week. Pulled my adductor muscle again on my run Monday and had to walk home. Not fun. Tuesday, my daughter passed on the flu bug to me so been trying to recover. Hope to get back to at least some swimming next week. Have a better day than I having BT! |
