Subject: 10.10.17 Tuesday Training!

Good morning!

4:30am:  :30 minute run...ankle and back still a bit tweaky

5:00am:  strength + core + stretching/foam rolling

Alice...good luck next weekend! What marathon are you doing?

Karen...true, good perspective that at least I can run pain free!  I'll take the wind over chronic foot pain!
