Well I had my first tri to day and it was great!!! I had a blast, I didn't get to do the run(injury), but it was still fun, I felt great after the bike and really wanted to run, but I had to hold back. Anyway just wanted to say how much fun it was and good luck to everyone else!

Thanks to everyone, The Tri I did was called Hoot Lake Tri and there will be another one I had way to much fun not to do it again!!!!!!!!!!!!
