Comments: hit the wall twice....around 9km and around 17km. bonked at the end of the race with less than a km to go. What would you do differently?: should have got more sleep....only had 2hrs. should have had more gatorade or carbs. Need to bring heartrate monitor. Ando finally....need to actually train Post race
Warm down: ate 2 bananas, 8 oatmeal cookies, 1 bagel...and a lot of water What limited your ability to perform faster: amount of sleep, shoes (wore race shoes, no support), feet hurt due to premature over-training, lack of carbs, lack of training Last updated: 2006-09-25 12:00 AM
